Prof. Avv. Giusella Finocchiaro will lecture at the Workshop “Digitization of transport documents and the different types of signatures that can be used” organized by the Observatory on Digital Innovation of the Politecnico di Milano. The professor will illustrate the main regulatory provisions governing the issuance of DdTs, delving into how they can be managed digitally, the enabling technologies and the impacts on companies, as well as the points of attention to consider and critical issues to avoid.

It will also dwell on the different types of electronic signatures with the aim of explaining the best solutions, and at what stages of the process they can be used.
