Laura Greco graduated cum laude at the Law School of the University of Bologna, defending a dissertation entitled “Civil Law and Tax Aspects of Electronic Contracts. An Analysis of eBay”.

Since 2015 she has worked for the law firm of Prof. Giusella Finocchiaro, where she has been able to specialise in internet law and new technologies, focusing on areas of the law such as data protection, Artificial Intelligence, electronic documents and electronic signatures, e-health, software protection, copyright and e-commerce.

Alongside her professional activities, Laura Greco has remained active in an academic setting at various universities. Following appointments as a research fellow at the Free University of Bolzano and the Turin Polytechnic, she is currently a research associate at the University of Bologna.

Her English is certified at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. Her knowledge of Spanish and German is certified at level B2.
