Alessandra Spangaro, member of the Bologna Bar Association and admitted to practice in front of the Italian Supreme Court, is Associate Professor of Private Law and Family Law at the Dipartment of Legal Sciences of the University of Bologna.

She is specialized in data protection, privacy and contract law, including the drafting of B2B and B2C contracts, in both an analog and a digital format.

She has several teaching assignments in the context of masters and post-graduate training courses, she has been a speaker in national ad international conferences and she is author of more than 50 publications on peer reviewed journals and edited volumes.
