What is the impact of artificial intelligence on the exercise of jurisdiction? The issue will be addressed during the conference “Intelligenza artificiale ed esercizio della giurisdizione”, organised by the Decentralised Training Structure of the Catania District of the Superior School of the Magistracy and the Council of the Bar Association of Catania. Among the speakers will be Professor Finocchiaro, who will discuss the new European regulation on AI, the now famous “AI Act”.
