Giusella Finocchiaro will take part in “Digital B2B: who stops is lost”, the conference presenting the results of the 2022-23 Research of the Digital B2b Observatory of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano. The Professor, Head of the technical-legal area of the Observatory, will discuss "Internal processes: a focus on IT signatures and digital storage" together with Dr. Umberto Zanini, Head of the technical-legal area, Digital B2b Observatory. The meeting will be moderated by Prof. Riccardo Mangiaracina, Politecnico di Milano.

The event was organised by CDP and will aim to present ‘Autonomia privata’, a volume by Prof. Mario Nuzzo. The professor will discuss the issues proposed in the book together with Prof. Luisa Torchia, University of Roma Tre, and Dr. Marco Giovannini, manager.

On 31 May, Prof. Avv. Giusella Finocchiaro will take part in the “International Conference” co-organised by the Korea Law Research Institute (KLRI) and the Korean Association of Artificial Intelligence (KAAIL). The Conference aims to analyse “Legal policy challenges and counter measures in the era of generative AI”. The Professor will take part in the panel dedicated to "Trends in International Discussion on Generative AI" and will focus on “Background and legal implications of blocking ChatGPT in Italy”.
