On 31 May, Prof. Avv. Giusella Finocchiaro will take part in the “International Conference” co-organised by the Korea Law Research Institute (KLRI) and the Korean Association of Artificial Intelligence (KAAIL).

The Conference aims to analyse “Legal policy challenges and counter measures in the era of generative AI”.
The Professor will take part in the panel dedicated to “Trends in International Discussion on Generative AI” and will focus on “Background and legal implications of blocking ChatGPT in Italy”.
The debate will be moderated by Prof. Park Sang-Cheol, Seoul National University, Dr. Luca Castellani, UNCITRAL Secretariat, Prof. Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, Carlos III University of Madrid, and Prof. Alberto De Franceschi, University of Ferrara.
