On 22 November 2022, Prof. Avv. Giusella Finocchiaro will take part in the Seminar “A.I.: the problems of privacy, data protection and cybersecurity (also as “preventive police”)” organised as part of the Cycle “Artificial Intelligence and Law” by the Alma Mater School of Legal Studies, University of Bologna.

The Professor will be joined by Prof. Pasquale Stanzione, Professor of Private Law at the University of Salerno and President of the Italian Data Protection Authority, Prof. Michele Caianiello, Professor of Criminal Procedure and Director of the Department of Legal Sciences at the University of Bologna, Prof. Vittorio Manes, Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Bologna, and Prof. Antongiulio Lombardi, Director of Regulatory Affairs at Wind Tre.
