22 November 2024 A government bill on AI is currently under discussion in the Senate. Within the framework of the AI Act, the bill addresses a number of key issues, from scientific research, to copyright, to the identification of the Italian authorities responsible for AI. Professor Finocchiaro will examine the bill at the event “The European Regulation on Artificial Intelligence: Problems and System,” the Scientific Conference sponsored by the Cesifin Alberto Predieri Foundation and the Legal Observatory on Digital Innovation, under the patronage of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
