Prof. ssa. Giusella Finocchiaro will take part as Chairperson in the Session of Working Group IV on Electronic Commerce of UNCITRAL (United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) which will take place in New York from 10 to 14 April 2023.

The Professor will chair the Session, which will cover the use of Artificial Intelligence and automation in contracting. In particular, cases and legal issues arising from the use of AI and automation in contracting will be examined during the proceedings.
