“Rights in the Infosphere” is the hybrid seminar which will take place on 4 October 2022 at the Università Commerciale “L. Bocconi”, Milan, with the participation of Prof. Avv. Giusella Finocchiaro.

The event, which will be introduced by the greetings of Prof. Donato Masciandro, aims to analyse the ethical and legal consequences of the application of technologies, starting from the philosophical analysis of Prof. Luciano Floridi, University of Bologna, who will be entrusted with the event’s conclusions. The debate will be joined by Prof. Oreste Pollicino, Prof. Laura Ammannati, University of Milan, Prof. Damiano Canale, Bocconi University, Prof. Carlo Casonato, University of Trento, Prof. Massimo Durante, University of Turin, Pres. Alessandro Pajno, Leonardo Foundation and President Emeritus of the Council of State, Prof. Andrea Simoncini, University of Florence and Pres. Luciano Violante, Leonardo Foundation.
