Avv. Alessandro Candini will be the speaker of the Workshop “Artificial Intelligence applicata ai processi amministrativo-contabili”, organized by the Observatory Digital B2b, one of the Observatories on Digital Innovation of the Politecnico di Milano’s School of Management. Avv. Candini will illustrate the possible uses of AI in administrative and accounting processes, delving into critical issues as the liability regime for AI, AI and data protection, the case law and the proposal for a European Regulation on AI, the AI Act.
