On April 4, the 63rd session of the Working Group IV on Electronic Commerce of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) will begin. The session is chaired by Professor Giusella Finocchiaro, Chairwoman of the Working Group.

The Working Group will discuss the “Draft Model Law on the Use and Cross-border Recognition of Identity Management and Trust Servic”, which will enable the international use and recognition of digital identity and trust services, but also the use of artificial intelligence and automation in contracting and data transactions.
