The 67th session of the Working Group Electronic Commerce of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) opens in Vienna on November 18. Professor Finocchiaro, after chairing the Group from 2014 to 2022, is now the Italian representative. The session will be focused on the guide to enactment of the model law on contracts concluded through automated systems and data provision contracts.
